As of 4/19/2013 8:00 a massive manhunt is underway for one suspect.  One suspect was killed in a shootout with police.  BOSTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS ARE ON A SHELTER IN PLACE ORDER

This document is a compilation of analysis and preparedness strategies by Firestorm Principals and members of the Firestorm Expert Council™ in response to the tragic bombings at the 2013 Boston Marathon. During the preparation of this document, a massive explosion occurred on 4/17/2013 in West, Texas at the West Fertilizer Plant.
