This document is a compilation of analysis and preparedness strategies by Firestorm Principals and members of the Firestorm Expert Council™ in response to the tragic bombings at the 2013 Boston Marathon. During the preparation of this document, a massive explosion occurred on 4/17/2013 in West, Texas at the West Fertilizer Plant.
“Homes have been destroyed,” Waco Police Sgt. William Patrick Swanton said. “There are homes flattened. Part of that community is gone.”
