Firestorm Franchisees Ryan Mercer and Ken Mercer are pleased to announce, in partnership with Regus, an addition to our live CRISIS COACH® Workshops in Maryland. Firestorm President and Co-Founder, Jim Satterfield, will be hosting the live event.

The CRISIS COACH® Workshop will empower you to make decisions before, during and after a crisis. During our interactive class, you will learn about establishing a clear crisis management plan, identifying who will lead and predetermining actions to take.
