MIT Professional Education is pleased to announce its professional short course “Crisis Management and Business Continuity”. Join us on the MIT campus in Cambridge, MA on July 23 – 27, 2018.

Earn 3.4 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

This is the ninth year of the extremely successful program. And back for 2018: Firestorm EVP Cheyene Marling. Cheyene will present on Day Five: Insights for Your Program and Your Career

  • BCM Trends: Impact on your program and your career
    • Cheyene Marling, EVP, People Solutions & Program Analytics, Firestorm Solutions, LLC
  • Leadership insights for the BCP Manager
    • Steve Goldman

The comprehensive program provides up–to–date assessments and knowledge on issues that affect companies and agencies from the experts involved with these efforts. Participants will also have many networking opportunities to interact with the lecturers and with their peers. Both novices and experienced personnel will benefit greatly from this program.

The program offers an effective combination of lectures, case studies, even a field trip to a hidden federal response facility. Several interactive class activities provide additional hands–on experience. Students will also practice what is learned: the course concludes with a crisis simulation in which students take active roles in a simulated disaster, including cyber security and workplace violence events coupled with a realistic news media briefing.
