Alicia Stevens has been an executive recruiter for more than 2 decades with the last 12 years specializing in the areas of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, Information Security and Enterprise Risk Management with BC Management, now a Firestorm Solutions company.
Prior to joining BC Management, Alicia was a Senior Technical Recruiter with Option One Mortgage, and previously she was a corporate recruiter with Pacific Life Insurance Company. Her career as a corporate recruiter began soon after graduating from National University of San Diego, CA. with a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science. As a recruiter, Alicia has placed professionals at all levels of management including senior executives in a variety of industries. She has represented clients across the United States as well as internationally.
Alicia has served on the board for the Association of Contingency Planners of Orange County as Program and Membership Director. She is looking forward to assisting you with your career development and staffing needs.
