Breakfast Workshop crisis 600x143

MIR3, the premier provider of Intelligent Notification and response software for business, and nationally recognized crisis management firm Firestorm team with Jackson Lewis P.C. at their Midtown, NY office to present a CRISIS COACH® breakfast session on Workplace Violence

Your reputation, brand, legacy, and profitability are uncertain when workplace violence takes place.

Jim Satterfield, nationally recognized Crisis Management Expert and creator of the CRISIS COACH® series, joins with industry expert Ann Pickren, President of MIR3 and attorneys from Jackson Lewis to share expertise in workplace violence prevention strategies to help attendees protect people, property, brand and reputation.

“The Crisis Exercise Breakfast Workshop will use tabletop and other exercises to prepare attendees to make decisions before, during, and after such an incident,” said Satterfield from his office in Atlanta, Georgia.

The invitation-only, three-hour, interactive session scheduled for January 28th, 2016 will coach attendees through the steps to establish a clear crisis management plan, identify behaviors of concern before they escalate, establish who will lead response, and plan the actions that must be taken before, during and after a violence event.

As the President and COO of Crisis Management firm Firestorm, and as a national thought leader on crisis prevention, Jim Satterfield has been featured in publications such as CIO Review, Entrepreneur Magazine, and the Insurance Research Letter from Insurance Services Network.  Satterfield has also been selected as the keynote speaker for numerous conferences addressing workplace violence prevention and crisis management.

Jim’s expertise and knowledge in the area of crisis management is well known in both education and corporate communities across the United States.  As President and COO of Firestorm, Jim brings a first-hand perspective of the critical need for effective crisis management planning.  In the area of workplace violence, he will bring real world examples of catastrophic consequences when such planning is absent or mishandled in crisis situations.
