Firestorm People Solutions Continuity Career Continuation program assists professionals through the full career search, on-boarding and career growth process through the support of expert Career Mentors. Our Career Tree approach adapts to all levels of professional, regardless of where they are in their career – from entry-level to executive management.

The program kicks-off with an initial Competency and Culture Assessment to assess a candidate’s preferred work culture preference in combination with skills and abilities to determine the overall best fit. This is followed by an individual Assessment review to design the career roadmap next steps.

The program also includes Compensation assessment, Certification guidance in providing an assessment on which certification(s) make the most sense for the individual’s career path, web-based career coaching presentations held periodically throughout the year, and social media profile assessment and direction guidance, to ensure the right message is being communicated.

Cheyene Marling EVP FirestormCheyene Marling, Hon. MBCI, Firestorm Executive Vice President of People Solutions and Program Analytics, has been an executive recruiter for more than 22 years, with 20 of those years specializing in the business continuity field. Her career as an executive recruiter began in Madison, Wisconsin shortly after graduating from UW-Madison with a bachelor’s degree. In Madison, she placed professionals at all levels, from programmers and accountants to professors. Shortly after moving to southern California in 1998, she joined Management Recruiters International (MRI) where she immediately began recruiting in the business continuity field. Cheyene quickly recognized that business continuity was getting lost within the large umbrella of MRI. She decided to forge a new company solely dedicated to business continuity and founded BC Management, Inc. In January 2018, BC Management became a part of Firestorm, a Novume (NASDAQ: NVMM) company. Alicia Stevens, Firestorm VP of People Solutions, has been an executive recruiter for more than 2 decades with the last 12 years specializing in the areas of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, Information Security and Enterprise Risk Management with BC Management, now a Firestorm Solutions company.

Prior to joining BC Management, Alicia was a Senior Technical Recruiter with Option One Mortgage, and previously she was a corporate recruiter with Pacific Life Insurance Company. Her career as a corporate recruiter began soon after graduating from National University of San Diego, CA. with a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science. As a recruiter, Alicia has placed professionals at all levels of management including senior executives in a variety of industries.
