Human Resource Risk Management
Carolyn Greco is the President and CEO of FACET, a talent management and human resources consulting group specializing in Corporate Outplacement, Executive and Management ‘Rescue’ and Pre-employment/Background Screening.
Prior to establishing FACET in 1979, Carolyn’s professional career was in secondary and university level education. She subsequently served as a Director and Consultant to a Fortune 50 energy company, establishing and running a network of nationwide outplacement and career management centers.
Focused and pragmatic, Carolyn brings business experience, organization development and grass roots management to the corporate world. Carolyn assesses, facilitates and enables clients to optimum performance in the right roles within an organization. She helps companies through the reduction in force (RIF) process, minimizing crises and risk for management, HR and both affected and remaining employees. Her Rescue Programs coach executives and managers through development and alignment of their leadership function with both corporate and personal goals.
Originally from western Pennsylvania, Carolyn received a B.A. in Liberal Arts with honors from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. from the University of Louisiana. Specialized training is in Organization Development at Columbia University, Career Development at John F. Kennedy Institute for Career Development and Behavioral Sciences, NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science.
Carolyn has served in various capacities on the Boards of Chambers of Commerce and Career Firms Associations and is active in local and national chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is a Charter Member of the United Way of Acadiana’s Women’s Leadership Council and the Global Outplacement Alliance.
