The conference, held in San Antonio, Texas, will stretch from February 20-23rd. Jim’s session, entitled Franchisees and License Agreements… Things You Need to Know, will be presented Monday, February 22nd from 10:15-11:45 a.m. CT.
Joining Jim during the presentation will be: Justin Klein, Partner, Marks & Klein, LLP; David Barr, Chairman, PMTD Restaurants; and Dave McDougall, President and CEO, Back Yard Burger. The session will dive into issues surrounding licensing agreement.

The session will offer ample opportunity for participants to explore the subject of communications in depth, including:
- Examples of how technology was used to facilitate communications and how it continually changes the way we communicate.
- Best practices in communications.
- How effective communications lead to improving franchisee/franchisor relations.
