Your reputation, brand, legacy and profitability hang in the balance when workplace violence takes place. Using tabletop exercises and other tools, this Breakfast Workshop will prepare you to make critical decisions before, during and after a workplace violence incident.
This three-hour session will be interactive and will coach you through the steps to develop a clear crisis management plan, identify who will lead and outline the actions that must be taken during a violent or threatening event.
Join Firestorm Founder/COO/Co-Founder Jim Satterfield; MIR3 senior account manager, Gertie Knox; and attorneys from Jackson Lewis for Austin’s first Crisis Exercise Breakfast Workshop on workplace violence.
