Firestorm President, COO and Co-Founder, Jim Satterfield, will be presenting at the CPAC 2016 Symposium. This year’s symposium is entitled Organizational Resilience in a Changing Environment.

Jim will be presenting two sessions at the Symposium entitled Predictive Intelligence – Before NOW and Active Shooter Exercise – Before, During and After.

Predictive Intelligence – Before NOW!!!™

What is the next step after your Vulnerability/Threat Assessment? What do you do with your Hazard Matrix? How do you know if you are ready for all hazards? One of the top 3 failures in a disaster or crisis is the failure to identify and monitor all threats and risks. This session will identify the warning signs, tools, indicators, and triggers needed to activate your plans.

Active Shooter Exercise – Before, During and After

Active shooters, workplace violence, and terrorism have graduated from schools to the workplace. Participate in an interactive active shooter exercise. This exercise is an opportunity to identify decisions, actions, and communications needed at each stage of an active shooter event.  This exercise will be followed by a virtual active shooter exercise for your company on February 8th.
