In a business-as-usual state, a leader’s intuition often plays a very real role in the decision-making process. Successful leaders’ intuition draws on years, perhaps decades, of experience in their business or area of expertise, and many leaders have learned to rely on their intuition. But, what happens when these leaders are thrust into an unfamiliar situation – a business-as-unusual situation – making decisions in crisis? Will their intuition serve them well in crisis?

Join Firestorm Principals Guy Higgins, Jennifer Freedman and Michael C. Redmond (Lead Strategic Consultant, EFPR Group) as they explore intuition as a decision-making tool – during times of both business-as-usual and business-as-unusCrisis Coach Registerual. When is intuition a valuable tool and when is it an “albatross”? The presentation will help attendees understand the strengths and limits of intuitive decision making and how to make intuition work for them in a crisis.
