This paper is a natural follow-up to a Firestorm Spotlight Session, Much Media About Nothing. Business decisions are usually based upon facts, metrics, data and proper analysis. During a crisis, however, the environment changes. Many times, information released within the first 24-hours of a crisis is wrong. Therefore, decisions are made based upon incomplete or false facts.
