Jason Russell is President of Firestorm Solutions. In this role, Jason is responsible for leading a team of former Secret Service agents in delivering White House-level threat assessment and protection to schools and businesses on behalf of Firestorm.
Jason is the former founder, President and CEO of Secure Education Consultants, LLC (SEC). SEC is now a part of Firestorm, a Novume Solutions (NASDAQ: NVMM) company. In his prior role, Jason was responsible for overseeing all company operations, product development, and quality assurance. Jason grew that business to serve hundreds of clients in more than 30 states, and these clients are now supported by Firestorm Security Solutions.
Jason also served with the United States Secret Service as a Special Agent. During his tenure, Jason was involved in protective and investigative assignments as well as protecting the President and Vice President along with all living former Presidents. In addition to protection assignments, Jason served as the Secret Service Lead Instructor at the International Law Enforcement Academy, a Physical Fitness Coordinator, and on the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Cheyene Marling, Hon. MBCI, Firestorm Executive Vice President of People Solutions and Program Analytics, has been an executive recruiter with specific emphasis in the Business Continuity field for more than 22 years. Her career as an executive recruiter began in Madison, Wisconsin shortly after graduating from UW-Madison.
Cheyene founded staffing and research data analytics firm, BC Management in 2000, and the practice was acquired by crisis management firm Firestorm in early 2018.
Cheyene heads the Program Analytics division within Firestorm (in addition to People Solutions) and is responsible for driving industry leading analyses assessing every aspect of Business Continuity program planning, program budget initiatives, reporting structures, number of personnel, BCM service providers, critical third-party providers, IT/ DR assessment, program maturity and organizational impact resulting from crisis events.

Wendy Ruffcorn is the Chief Administrative Officer for Firestorm. Wendy assures that all professional services and action items are coordinated, standardized, and optimized across the organization. Jim Squire, Certified Franchise Executive, is Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Firestorm, overseeing franchise development and alternative channel expansion for the brand. Firestorm is a national franchise company specializing in crisis management, vulnerability analysis/threat assessment, and business continuity. Squire also serves as president and CEO of Franchise Marketing Advisors, LLC, a broad based franchise development consulting practice. Ken has more than eighteen years of experience in different levels of security, emergency preparation, emergency response and related fields.
Ken started his career with the US Army where he served proudly and maintained many different roles and responsibilities. Those roles included Administrative Specialist, Infantryman, Jump Master, Drill Instructor, Team Leader, Squad leader, Training Coordinator and Security Team Commander. He is a combat veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm and possesses many military awards.

Marc Connolly, VP of Firestorm Security Solutions, is a highly accomplished security and law enforcement professional. Connolly retired after 27 years at the US Secret Service. During his time with the Secret Service Connolly rose to the level of Deputy Assistant Director. Connolly’s last position at the Secret Service was Deputy Special Agent in Charge of the Presidential Protection Division. Connolly planned, directed, coordinated and implemented protective operations related to protection of the President of the United States. Connolly was instrumental in developing contingency plans and overseeing threat assessment as they related to Secret Service protectees. Connolly supervised a workforce of over 1,000 law enforcement officials with duties of protecting the White House. Connolly supervised the development and deployments of technological advances to advance the protection mission of the Secret Service.
