Retained Services Program

Most organizations lack the resources to build, staff, and maintain a crisis management division.  In fact, even those with detailed, comprehensive business continuity  and crisis management plans often do not have the people, resources and training to properly manage a major crisis.  But when a disaster occurs, their staff is forced to respond – in spite of the personal trauma and disruption a crisis brings.  Every organization needs trained, experienced and immediately available support to insure the best outcome. 

Firestorm provides immediate crisis management support and expertise the moment a disaster strikes. One phone call activates the Firestorm crisis response support - 24 hours a day, seven days a week. During that first call, a Firestorm Principal will provide the client  initial crisis response support and counsel, initiate a crisis analysis, identify crisis communications messages and stakeholders, activate the deployment of a Firestorm team to be on site within 24 hours, and assist in establishing a control and logistics plan. Effective communications and consequence management procedures to support client staff and protect business are critical.

Firestorm’s retained services program gives companies 24/7 access to a Firestorm Principal, and makes Firestorm services available at a reduced rate.  The inherent uncertainty created by any crisis can be mitigated by having trained, experienced individuals available to assist.

MONTHLY SERVICES

Recognizing that budget restrictions and available resources can limit the ability to address all exposures and needs, clients can retain Firestorm on a month to month basis to work on a project basis.

Firestorm’s guidance allows your company to complete plans, address emerging issues, and have resources available as needed. Working with a Firestorm Principal, your company establishes the priorities, directs the project plan, timing, and resource level required. Firestorm manages the process and produces the deliverables necessary to bring planning to the level of best practices. Firestorm services can be used to perform benchmark/gap analyses, complete surveys, write all and/or portions of plans, develop and/or conduct exercises, perform training, or manage an incident.
