Chad White - About Us
Chad B. White is the chief executive officer of JKM Manufacturing, Inc., a trusted leader in making precision and sophisticated products for the defense, communications and aerospace industries.
White has nearly 20 years of entrepreneurial, manufacturing, operations, consulting and financial expertise. His background includes mergers and acquisitions, private placements, valuations, strategic consulting, turnarounds and business development.
As JKM’s top manager, he is a fervent champion of lean manufacturing, collaboration and communication—tenets that make JKM a responsive, reliable and proactive maker of quality products. He is committed to putting customers and their mission first.
White’s strategic vision for JKM includes leadership development: putting the right people in the right role so they can support JKM’s customers, who in turn can grow their businesses. His goals include empowering employees in JKM’s mission and helping employees connect the importance of their work with the men and women they serve on and off the battlefield.
Before taking the helm at JKM, White was the managing member of Brauer Capital, LLC, a private equity group with investments in companies in the medical technology, manufacturing technology, defense and consumer products industries. Before then, he worked with Magnus Management Consultants implementing SAP, supply chain and production planning best-practices solutions for large electronics companies.
His experience includes serving as senior operations executive for a $2 billion manufacturing company. White serves or has served on the board of directors of five companies and of Camp Sunshine, a camp that serves children with cancer and their families.
White has an MBA in operations, finance and accounting from Vanderbilt University, an MS in taxation from Georgia State University and a BSE in biomedical engineering from Duke University.
