Firestorm's seminars, focusing on various aspects of preparedness and response, are one of our most frequently-requested services. Building upon a core presentation on the requirements necessary to a sound business continuity program, each seminar includes interactive exercises on a readiness topic specific to the audience's industry and preparedness needs. Firestorm has conducted seminars for public and private corporations, associations and government agencies.   "Lessons Learned," based on Firestorm's crisis management support provided to Virginia Tech in the immediate aftermath of the 2007 campus shootings, has been widely praised and is often requested. Other popular seminars have focused on pandemic preparedness for local governments, challenges specific to human resources in disaster preparedness and response, and industrial sabotage against publicly-traded corporations.
