Retained Services Plan

Firestorm provides immediate crisis management support and expertise to its client members the moment a disaster strikes. One phone call activates the Firestorm crisis response support - 24 hours a day, seven days a week. During that first call, a Firestorm principal will provide the client member initial crisis response support and counsel, initiate a crisis analysis, identify crisis communications messages and stakeholders, activate the deployment of the Firestorm Crisis Response Team (CRT) to be on site within 24 hours, and assist in establishing a control and logistics plan. Effective communications and consequence management procedures to support client staff and protect business are critical.
